The firsst and only sparkling withe wine from Ticino. It is produced in accordance with the "méthode champenoise" using only Merlot grape. Instantly recognisable by its pleasantly fresh yeastly bouquet which is sustained by a fine perlage, it reflects the versatility of the Merlot grape.
